coordinate variables not filled with data

Coordinate variables (x, y, N_UTM, E_UTM) are not populated with data. To achieve this, we would need a button to specify grid spacing.

I have prepared the part of the data population. @holtmann Please have a look at the changes and maybe you can implement input fields for dx and dy in the menu?
