refactor(openlayers)!: refactor due to breaking change in ol

Benjamin Schmidt requested to merge dataportal_refactor into main

imageSize (which wasnt working as intended) got removed.

Should not be a bigger issue. Mainly stuff that we do not use, performance and clearer structure in ol-package.
